Job Description
Hospital-Employed Urologist - Robotics & Cancer Center
- Hospital-employed urology position in a busy, well-supported practice
- Outpatient clinic + OR mix , with small urologic procedures done in-office
- Typical volume of 25-30 patients per clinic day and 30+ urologic surgeries per month
- Call 1:3 (10 days/month: one full week plus 8 weekdays), with hospitalists covering all inpatient and ICU care
- OR block time and dedicated clinic time ; schedule can be tailored to your preferences and work-life balance goals
- Majority Medicare patient population
- Hospital-based clinics department manages daily operations so you can focus on clinical care and surgical volume
