MercyOne Waterloo is seeking a BC/BE physician to join our busy, well?established Urgent Care team. This is a full?time, hospital?employed position offering an excellent work/life balance and a highly competitive compensation package.

Full-time Urgent Care position
Clinic Hours:
Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Holiday hours vary
No call requirements

Compensation & Benefits
$290,000 Salary Guarantee + Production Incentive
$100,000 Starting Bonus
$40,000 Longevity Bonus at completion of Year 3
$15,000 Relocation Allowance
