**Position Highlights:**

+ Clinic hours are 7 am -7 pm Monday - Friday, 9 am – 4 pm Saturday, closed Sunday
+ Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment
+ Develop and implement patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care
+ Fast-paced environment, largely autonomous work flow
