About Role

The University and Career Counsellor serves as an integral part of the student journey through the implementation of the university and careers programme, supporting students by engaging relevant stakeholders and guiding students along their own individual pathway to support their future goals. University and Career Counsellors act as a link to all relevant departments to gain an in-depth understanding of student ambitions, abilities and goals that are essential in supporting students and families in career, university and post-secondary planning. The University and Career Counsellor help students find their ‘best fit’ for the future. By providing personalised service for students and their families through transitions and assisting in professional learning for teachers, and workshops for parents on the student journey, the successful candidate will be an important figure in the College community.
