Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist course coordinator in class timetabling and hiring of course tutors.
- Work with Colleges/Schools, and tutorial instructors on arrangement of class allocation and teaching assignments.
- Point of contact and support to students and schools on all matters related to course.
- Handle and manage course venue booking, registration, attendance, and assessments.
- Assist in organising transferable skills programmes for all research students.
- Manage any administrative matters related to course and transferable skill programme.
- Support in any other academic-related programmes/matters, if any.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
