The opportunity

As Unit Operations Manager , you will lead the delivery of catering and associated services at Kristin School in Albany, Auckland and plan and manage multiple functions and events, including school celebrations, formal occasions and stakeholder engagements.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily catering operations and the planning and execution of multiple functions and events.
• Manage service delivery across multiple operational sites or service points, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and Compass standards.
• Act as the primary client liaison, building trusted relationships and ensuring seamless communication for events.
• Drive strong commercial outcomes through effective budgeting, labour planning, stock control and cost management.
• Lead, coach and develop teams while championing health, safety, food safety and environmental compliance.
