Key Responsibilities

• Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.


• Build strong relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and bank staff.


• Cross-sell life insurance products to the bank's existing customer base.


• Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable insurance solutions.


• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


• Source and convert leads generated by bank branches.


• Conduct joint sales calls with bank officials to acquire new customers.


• Organize branch activation activities and customer awareness programs.


• Ensure timely policy issuance and excellent customer service.


• Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and MIS records.


• Drive product knowledge sessions for bank staff.


• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
