Job Description

This role manages FTTH fibre infrastructure partnerships by building strong relationships with access providers, driving operational performance, and developing innovative collaboration models to optimize cost and service quality. It also oversees financial governance and compliance, ensuring accurate billing, SLA adherence, and continuous service improvement through performance monitoring and audits.

Responsibilities

• Fibre Infrastructure Partner (Access Providers) management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Access Providers at both senior management and operational levels.
  • Negotiate, identify and evaluate innovative collaboration opportunities (e.g., performance‑based contracts or rate improvements) that align with long‑term business strategy to deliver sustainable cost and operational advantages.
