About this opportunity:

Reporting into the Manager of Unit Contact Engineering, the Unit Contact Engineer is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operation of their unit, to ensure that all targets and specifications are met and that deviations are understood, communicated and mitigated where possible. The Unit Contact Engineer will be responsible for one or multiple units that are part the Lloydminster Upgrader, Refinery, and/or Ethanol facilities. 

In addition, this role supports operational initiatives, turnarounds, hazard assessments, and has the potential to lead multidisciplinary plant wide and corporate initiatives related to reliability, safety and the corporate standards and procedures of Cenovus Operational Integrity Management System (COIMS).
