Job Description
Position Summary The Underwriting Coordinator supports the underwriting operations by managing incoming submission emails from broker partners, ensuring all required documents are provided, and coordinating with brokers to resolve any missing information.
The role involves preparing complete submissions for Underwriter review using tools such as GDrive, carrier portals, and Salesforce.
In addition to data entry and pre‑processing work, the associate provides daily customer service to brokers and policyholders, responding to requests for policy details, billing questions, and other account needs.
This position requires strong attention to detail, efficient workflow management, and clear communication to maintain accuracy and support the overall underwriting process.
