Job Description

Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Insurance Company based in Chelmsford who are looking to appoint a professional Underwriting Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an award-winning business, who reward their employees with a competitive salary and excellent career prospects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processing in-depth mid-term adjustments, renewals and new business and issuing all relevant documentation.
  • Preparing and issuing claims listings.
  • Liaising with brokers and other departments within the company
  • Assisting trainees and apprentices with processing

    • Skills and Experience required:

  • Min 1 year experience of working in an underwriting support role or similar Insurance position
  • Experience in processing midterm adjustments and basic adjustments, and renewal processing
