Overview

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to join MBDA and help develop, implement and continuously improve our Asset Management System (frameworks, processes, guidance and tools), ensuring alignment with industry best practice and standards, including ISO 55000. This role is responsible for all elements of physical asset management for the UK (excluding IT and Facilities Management) and optimises the lifecycle of assets for maximum performance, cost efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a UK-scale change initiative programme relating to physical asset management in line with ISO 55000 (excluding facilities and IT assets).
• Spearhead continuous improvement activities driven by stakeholder engagement and data.
• Develop and maintain the UK physical asset management policy and the Strategic Asset Management Plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
