Founding UX/UI Designer — Own end-to-end product design across web and conversational.

Mission

Make finance feel simple. Turn compaies data into clear interfaces, useful conversations (Slack/Teams), and trustworthy visuals.

You will

• Design conversational flows (Slack/Teams) and the web app.
• Create reports, alerts, and “insight to action” patterns.
• Build and maintain our Figma design system (tokens, components, states).
• Test with customers, iterate fast, and do crisp handoff/QA with engineering.

You have

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS product design (not just marketing sites).
• Strength in interaction, UX writing, and data-dense UIs.
• Excellent Figma skills; accessibility mindset (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Portfolio with 2–3 case studies showing process and impact.
• Professional English (Spanish is a plus).
