We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Management Consulting Manager to lead our UI/UX and product design initiatives within Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice. This role blends strong consulting acumen with deep craft expertise in visual and interface design, stakeholder management, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and scalable user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Facilitate design discovery workshops to uncover user needs, business goals, and product opportunities.
• Translate high‑level business requirements into actionable design specifications and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain design systems, rituals, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
