The Role

We’re hiring a UGC Creative Strategist – Paid Social who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram trends .

Your job is to spot what’s blowing up online, turn those insights into ad concepts, and work with our media buyers, UGC creators, and editors to test and scale the winners for Smarcomms Meta ads (no client work).

This isn’t about scheduling posts or handling community management. It’s about creative + performance : finding the right hooks, scripting the angles, briefing the team, and analyzing results.
