• Maintain workforce records for site-based employees.
• Coordinate visa, labor card, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor HRMS data and generate accurate reports.
• Support performance management and internal HR processes.

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the Facilities Management industry in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law.

Minimum 2+ years (FM Industry experience mandatory).
