As a Warranty Executive, you will provide front‑line warranty support to Aftersales teams by verifying and validating warranty claims prior to submission in the manufacturer’s portal for reimbursement. This high‑volume, high‑accuracy role processes 250 claims per day and generates approximately AED per day in warranty revenue where precision is critical as rejected claims may not allow rework.

Maintain accurate master data for GL reconciliation, support SAP DMS data activities (including loading warranty package prices), and help resolve warranty‑related issues via the National Service Desk.
