Job Title: Twilight Kitchen Assistant

At Asmall Hall, we are searching for a new Twilight Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for kitchen clean‑up after a busy day, ensuring food is prepped for our chef team the next morning, and assisting care staff to make food/drinks for our residents throughout the evening.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to the HACCP procedure according to our Food Safety Management Documentation
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and support throughout the evening
• Actively participating in discussions with the kitchen team to improve the service
• Understanding the function of mandatory paperwork and recording food, freezer & fridge temperatures
