The Senior Survivability Engineer leads efforts to ensure CUAS platforms remain resilient and operational in contested and evolving threat environments. This role involves defining protective technology requirements, coordinating with intelligence and OEMs, and safeguarding critical program information (CPI) through export controls and system assurance. The engineer conducts trade studies to evaluate radar, missile, and C2 system capabilities for enhanced survivability and security. They oversee system architecture to ensure it meets robust security and scalability standards, while managing technical risks across cost, schedule, and performance.
