Insight Global is looking for a cleared Deputy Ground System Director role to support a large government project in Grand Forks, ND. The role involves overseeing the monitoring, control, and coordination of mission activities within a 24/7 multi‑satellite operations environment. Working 12‑hour shifts, this position plays a key part in managing real‑time ground system performance, addressing unexpected events, coordinating issue recovery across systems and remote antenna sites, and ensuring proper documentation of anomalies. In this role, you’ll guide daily mission operations, supervise up to twenty mission partner and customer personnel, and act as a backup to the Ground System Director, including taking charge when needed.
