We’re seeking a trustee with SEND experience to support The How2Hub. You will help ensure full inclusion from the outset, shaping delivery so it works for all learners, including those with additional needs, across schools and real-world career experiences.

What difference will you make?

This role will ensure that inclusion is built into the organisation from the outset. While there is strong engagement and early delivery, ensuring that all learners can access and benefit from the programme is critical to long-term impact.

By bringing SEND expertise, the trustee will help the board make better-informed decisions about design and delivery. This includes ensuring that resources, experiences and employer engagement are accessible and appropriate for a wide range of needs.
