General Description

Ensures the integrity of Fiduciary Services accounting information by recording, verifying, and analyzing distribution transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process participant’s requests from Recordkeepers for Retirement Plan distributions. Comply with IRS and Hacienda regulations.
• Prepare journal entries to maintain trust account balance and reconciliations.
• Respond to client calls and service requests, including claims, direct deposit rejections and check cancellations, and process accounting entries generated by these transactions.
• Analyze periodic monthly payments to fulfill client’s needs in a timely manner.
