Responsibilities

• Transport materials and merchandise from point A to point B in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Follow delivery schedules; loading and unloading goods; inspecting vehicles before each shift.
• Maintain logs on vehicle mileage, fuel usage, repairs and other related expenses.
• Comply with applicable transportation laws; ensure that all deliveries are completed safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; knowledge of local roads and routes; excellent driving skills; good communication skills; ability to adhere to company regulations; physical fitness to handle the rigors of the job.
