Purpose of the Job

Troubleshooting of Alstom products at customer site in order to ensure their availability.

Organization Structure

Services Site, Country, Cluster, Region or Platform. Product Introduction (PI) and Maintenance teams are part of the Services group, providing support to our customers during railway operations.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to : PI Supervisor or Maintenance Field Engineer.

Other reporting to : Troubleshooting Manager or Team Leader, or Maintenance Supervisor.
