Purpose of the job

Troubleshooting of Alstom products at customer site in order to ensure their availability. Provide technical expertise to other maintenance teams, subcontractors, warranty support team, project team members and less experienced personnel.

Organization structure (job belongs to..)

Services Site, Country, Cluster, Region or Platform. Product Introduction (PI) and Maintenance teams are both part of Services group, providing support to our customers during railways operations.

Reports directly to

PI Supervisor or Maintenance Field Engineer

Other reporting to

Troubleshooting Manager or Team Leader, or Maintenance Supervisor
