Für unser Servicefeld Corporate Strategy & Communication (CSC) im Tribe Stakeholder Centricity and Standards (SCS) suchen wir dich in Vollzeit als Tribe Lead Stakeholder Centricity & Standards (m/w/d) in Berlin, Karlsruhe, München bzw. Münster. Du arbeitest auf der Principal-Ebene mit 15 Kolleg*innen standortübergreifend und mit vielfältigen Schnittstellen zusammen und berichest dem SGS-Lead Corporate Strategy & Communication. 

Aufgaben mit Perspektiven
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und technische Verantwortung für den Tribe Stakeholder Centricity & Standards in unserer agilen Arbeitsweise. Die Schwerpunkte liegen dabei auf Customer & Internal Insights, Brand Management & Language sowie Communication Standards & Controlling.
  • Du definierst die fachlichen Ressourcen- und Skill-Bedarfe, inspirierst dein Team zu eigenständigen Lösungen und begleitest die Kolleg*innen mit regelmäßigem ...
