Summary The Environment and Natural Resources Division is seeking experienced civil litigators for the Land Acquisition Section for (2) or more positions. This Section is responsible for acquiring real property on behalf of the United States through litigation, title review, and collaboration with agencies for purposes ranging from establishing national parks, expanding military installations, rebuilding energy and transportation systems, and facilitating border security. Responsibilities The first cut-off date for referral of applicants will be 5/28/2026. The second cut-off date will be on the closing date of 7/2/2026.
