The premier specialist in workers' compensation and a leader in property and casualty insurance is seeking a Trial Attorney to join their growing team in Fresno, California!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle highly complex workers' compensation cases under the state administrative process (trial level).
• Take depositions, analyze testimony, prepare and file related reports.
• Represent the Company in appearances at hearings and conferences; prepare and file related reports.
• Research and prepare highly complex pleadings for cases under the, state administrative process (trial level).
• Provide advice, training, and recommendations on case handling strategies and tactics to representatives of the Claims department.
• Perform legal research at all levels, from advising clients through the appellate procedures.
