Treatment Assistant

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Assistant to support our behavioral health programs. As a key member of the treatment team, youβll assist counselors and case managers in providing supportive services, coordinating documentation, and working directly with clients on orientation, life skills, and service linkage.
This is a dynamic, hybrid role ideal for someone who values both hands-on client engagement and strong administrative organization.
What Youβll Do:
+ Conduct client and family intakes, support orientation, and facilitate life skills sessions
+ Coordinate medical appointments and enter treatment and data tracking information
+ Assist with funding source documentation and maintain organized client files
