Treasury System Support Analyst (Production Support)

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise for treasury and in‑house bank applications.
• Manage user and IT requests efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations and application monitoring.
• Handle incident and problem management to ensure smooth production support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation of systems and processes.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior resources and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead initiatives to explore and implement latest market standards and tools for cost and time efficiency.
• Support business analysts during deployment phases.
• Participate in post‑business hours activities, including on‑call duties, weekend interventions, DRP, and release support.

Requirements

• 5‑7 years of experience in production support for financial systems.
