Job Objective

A Debt Management Supervisor oversees a team responsible for managing and administering the company’s organization debt portfolio.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the debt management team, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Manage the organization’s overall debt portfolio, monitor outstanding debt for refunding opportunities, and compare debt ratios to those of comparable issuers.
• Manage the issuance of the organization’s debt and debt‑related instruments, including seeking authorization, determining structure and method of sale, and preparing disclosure documents.
