Job Description
- Executes financing under approved credit lines based on instructions from the Cashflow Operations Team and availability confirmed by the Treasury Reporting Team.
- Prepares and submits all required documentation for fund drawdowns, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance with bank requirements.
- Hands on experience on export-based financing.
- Responsible for the commencement of Islamic financing deals, such as Musawamah, by providing supporting documents (e.g., sales reports, invoices) to confirm transaction substance.
- Manages the full lifecycle of each financing transaction, including disbursement, deal commencement, and structured repayment.
- Consult with Group Head Treasury for early repayments to save finance cost.
- Maintains a tracker for all active financings, showing status (initiated, commenced, repaid), financing terms, and maturity details to assist the treasury reporting team to prepare finance cost schedules.
