Summary:

The Treasury Mgmt Service Specialist II provides support to the Treasury Management - National Settlement Team Segment. Prioritizes complex onboarding’s and ensures they are completed on time with minimal impact to the customer. Serves as a mentor for new colleagues to learn the TM onboarding process. Prioritizes complex service issues and ensures they are completed on time with recognized accepted resolution by the customer. Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems with regard to TM onboardings and services. Identifies possible cross sell opportunities and enters them in appropriate tracking system for the sales colleague. Responsible for focus and awareness of identifying, assessing and managing risk and adhering to policy and procedure acknowledgements.Duties & Responsibilities:
