**Job Description**

This role seeks an experienced HVAC technician with 4-5 years of hands-on experience who can work independently and confidently. You will install, service, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including split systems and refrigeration equipment, while guiding and supporting other team members as needed.

**Essential Skills**

+ 4–5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with the ability to work independently and step into a lead role.
+ Proven experience installing and servicing commercial and residential HVAC split systems.
+ Demonstrated ability to rig, mount, and connect fan coil units up to 1,000 pounds safely.
+ Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining refrigeration systems.
