   _What you will do:_   

Serve as clinical consultant for behavioral health patients in the ED and inpatient units. Support early identification of agitation and escalation risk. Assist with de‑escalation, care planning, and staff coaching
Collaborate with Security, providers, and Nursing leadership during high‑risk situations. Participate in post‑incident debriefs and learning reviews.
