Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Travel Experience Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring travelers feel confident, prepared, and excited before their trips by providing guidance, support, and clear communication throughout the pre-travel process.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Review itineraries with clients and assist in confirming travel arrangements
- Provide essential information about destinations, travel requirements, and trip preparation
- Conduct pre-departure follow-ups to ensure clients are fully prepared
- Address client questions, concerns, and special requests with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
