This role will be responsible for providing support to employees regarding the expense management system, corporate card program, and reporting activities , ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering an excellent user experience. Key Responsibilities • Provide support for the expense management system (Concur or similar) • Assist employees with expense reports, reimbursements, and system inquiries • Support and manage the corporate card program • Generate and analyze T& E reports • Ensure compliance with expense policies Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field • Customer service experience • Strong Excel skills • English proficiency (required) • High level of technology proficiency Nice to Have • Experience with Concur or other expense management tools • Knowledge of corporate credit card management • Advanced Exc...
