About the Role: We’re looking for sales-focused Travel Consultants to join our call centre team in Islamabad for ours UK based travel agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
• Sell flights and hotel bookings tailored to customer preferences
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience call centre or travel agency environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in using GDS systems (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
