Make your mark as a travel and logistics coordinator at our Abu Dhabi branch office. You will coordinate all travel arrangements via air, sea, or land and answer questions about travel policies and processes.

• Coordinate all travel arrangements, schedule flights, book hotels, car rentals, ferry services, and prepare itineraries.
• Ensure travel needs are met within the constraints of the company’s travel budget.
• Work independently within established procedures and report to the supervisor.

• Diploma in Travel & Tourism, IATA certification, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the Galileo GDS system.
• Minimum of 5 years international travel agency experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good listening skills and ability to anticipate needs.
• Outstanding problem‑solving skills.
