**Overview**

**Job Summary:** Transports residents to activities and services within the facility. Assists with organized activities. Operates multi-passenger specialized vehicle to transport residents to services within community.

**Responsibilities**

**Essential Duties:**

1. Transport residents to treatment area, dining, or other areas using wheelchairs.

2. Lift or assist others to lift residents to move them to and from wheelchair.

3. Lead recreational activities such as arts, crafts, and games as needed.

4. Accompany residents to Village sponsored activities and assist with participation and ensure safety of resident.

5. Operate vehicles with specialized equipment, such as wheelchair lifts to transport and secure passengers with special needs
