This role is responsible for coordinating shipment operations, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring efficient delivery execution while maintaining service excellence.

Daily Operations
• Monitor real-time tracking IDs for pending deliveries
• Coordinate with stations for shipment rescue operations
• Collect and communicate station feedback to shippers
• Process shipper requests for specific tracking IDs
• Generate and share performance reports
• Handle time-sensitive escalations
