The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all transportation activities withing the department and ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience for the duration of their stay.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Coordinates transportation services for guests and employees, ensuring timely and efficient transportation to and from various locations.
+ Oversee the scheduling of transportation services, ensuring that vehicles and drivers are properly assigned and available as needed. Communicates proactively and works with onsite teams at any Big Cedar property to resolve concerns, keep consistent information and maintain up to date collaboration strategies
+ Monitor transportation operations and address any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transportation activities, including daily logs and trip reports.
