Job Description
Lead safety operations as an Area Safety Manager responsible for monitoring multiple locations. Enhance safety measures, ensure compliance, and drive initiatives to mitigate risks effectively.
In this role, your primary focus will be to ensure the safety of operational activities throughout the designated area. You'll facilitate incident investigations, collaborate with local teams, and contribute to training programs that promote a safety-first culture. Your leadership will be essential in tracking safety performance and operational compliance across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safety compliance and develop policies
• Conduct location assessments and wellness checks
• Facilitate safety training and provide resources
• Analyze safety data to identify areas for improvement
• Work collaboratively with HR on recruitment and retention
Requirements:
• 7 years of experience in safety and transportation
• 5 years in managing fleet transportation
