**What You’ll Do:**

**Patient Transport & Experience**

+ Safely and courteously transport patients between nursing units, diagnostic areas, and other departments
+ Operate designated patient transport elevators to ensure efficiency and comfort
+ Treat every patient and guest with dignity, empathy, and respect

**Communication & Coordination**

+ Communicate all stages of patient transport clearly with the dispatcher
+ Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, ancillary departments, and medical center personnel
+ Proactively report delays, barriers, or service issues and escalate patient‑experience concerns when needed

**Safety First**

+ Prioritize patient, visitor, and coworker safety at all times
+ Use transport equipment safely and correctly
+ Immediately report unsafe equipment or practices to leadership
