About the Role

Join our busy and fast-paced Transport team as a Transport Supervisor on a 14-month fixed-term contract in Bolton, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the Assistant Transport Manager to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service across our fleet. You'll help ensure daily transport operations run smoothly, planning vehicle movements, coordinating resources, monitoring SLAs, and supporting regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with strong operational experience, great attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

You’ll also support team performance, develop staff, and drive continuous improvement across transport processes, while making sure we stay compliant with all safety, legal, and company standards.
