Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate container collections and deliveries between Durban Harbor, storage facilities, and nationwide destinations


• Manage and optimize fleet scheduling, including local shunting and long-distance operations


• Oversee Transnet harbor yard bookings through the Navis system


• Monitor fleet performance, safety compliance, and cost efficiency


• Coordinate with technical management for vehicle maintenance scheduling


• Track and manage fuel consumption, route adherence, and driver activities


• Provide real-time updates to customers and generate operational reports


• Supervise container turn in procedures and booking slot management


• Liaise with port terminals and manage depot relationships


• Report to group logistics management in Bloemfontein
