Position Summary

The Transport Coordinator serves as the on-site liaison between assigned healthcare facilities and LifeTrans operations. This position is responsible for coordinating patient transportation requests, resolving scheduling issues in real time, facilitating communication between facility staff and LifeTrans dispatch, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the transport process.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, customer-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
