We are building an enterprise value and outcomes realization capability and are seeking a Transformation Senior Consultant to join a high-impact, growing team in Houston.

Reporting into the Transformation Management Office, you will partner across the organization to help leaders and programs define success, translate strategy into measurable outcomes, and design the change and adoption approaches required to deliver results.
