Transformation Portfolio Manager
Location: Clearwater Court, Reading (RG1 8DB) – Hybrid
Working hours: 36 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Travel: Required to operational sites 2–3 times per week

This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our transformation agenda. You’ll take ownership of our Strategic Operations & Transformation portfolio, building and embedding a consistent approach to PMO governance, reporting, and delivery across multiple programmes.
