Introduction Summary

The Transformation Manager drives the overall transformation strategy for the organisation. The role is accountable for identifying areas for improvement, enabling operational change, and delivering measurable business impact. A key focus of this position is monitoring and implementing Broad‑Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) initiatives across all the BBBEE pillars. The Transformation Manager is also responsible to monitor Employment Equity, in particular any challenges that the company may have in meeting the ICT Sectoral targets, develop the Employment Equity plan and monitor adherence to the plan. The Transformation Manager ensures compliance with legislative requirements while aligning transformation initiatives to the company’s broader business strategy.
